John W. Lockwood
CEO
John W. Lockwood is the founder and CEO of Algo-Logic Systems, Inc. He is an expert in building FPGA-accelerated applications and has created companies in the areas of low latency networking, Internet security, and electronic commerce. He has worked at the National Center for Supercomputing Applications (NCSA), AT&T Bell Laboratories, IBM, and Science Applications International Corp (SAIC). As a professor at Stanford University, he managed the NetFPGA program from 2007 to 2009 and grew the Beta program 10 to 1,021 cards deployed worldwide. As a tenured professor, he created and led the Reconfigurable Network Group within the Applied Research Laboratory at Washington University in St. Louis. He has published over 100 papers and patents on topics related to networking with FPGAs and served as served as principal investigator on dozens of federal and corporate grants. He holds BS, MS, PhD degrees in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana/Champaign and is a member of IEEE, ACM, and Tau Beta Pi.
John Hagerman
VP, Marketing and
Business Development
John is the Vice President of Marketing and Business Development at Algo-Logic Systems, Inc. In this role, he is responsible for Algo-Logic’s marketing, corporate communications, and business development functions. Prior to joining Algo-Logic, John served as President of BrandGate, a business advisory consulting company where he worked with a number of clients who delivered innovative solutions in storage, networking, Smart Home/IoT, Data Warehousing, and Artificial intelligence markets.Over the course of his career, he has held senior sales, marketing, business development, and management leadership positions at 3Com, Maxtor, NetEffect, Neterion/Exar, and Myricom. John holds a BS in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Santa Clara University, where he also obtained an MBA.
Mark Crockett
Director of Operations
Mark is the Director of Operations at Algo-Logic Systems, Inc. Prior to joining Algo-Logic, Mark served as President at MEMSMART, North American Regional Committee Vice Chair of SEMI MEMS, Technologist at Applied Materials, and an Associate Engineer at IBM Almaden Research Center, and a Ground Radio Communications Specialist in the United States Air Force. Mark as a BS in Industrial and Systems Engineering from San Jose State University.
Edwin Oh
Edwin is managing director of Infrastructure Group, serves as Algo-Logic's Finance. Ed was CEO of Blockshield plc, and COO of Mu-Gahat Enterprises LLC, sold to Blockshield in 2008. Prior to that, he was CEO of the Luxtron Corporation, which was sold to Oak Investment Partners in 2005. Ed has an M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, an M.S. in chemical engineering from Stanford, and S.B. degrees in chemical engineering and chemistry from M.I.T.
