Test and Verification Engineer 

We are looking for an experienced verification and test engineer with hardware and software experience to develop automated tests to ensure quality of FPGA-accelerated products. Responsibilities include design and implementation of tests, debugging, and defining corrective actions. You will review system requirements and track quality assurance metrics (e.g. defect densities and open defect counts).  The role plays an important part in our company’s product development process. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for writing and conducting tests to ensure that the system runs smoothly and meets all product and customer requirements. 


• Implement automated test scripts
• Review requirements, specifications and design documents to provide timely, meaningful feedback
• Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
• Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
• Design, develop and execute automation scripts using open source tools
• Identify, record, document, and track bugs
• Perform regression testing when bugs are resolved
• Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs
• Work with internal teams of developers and product managers to identify system requirements
• Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies


• Degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science

• Mastery of either (C/C++) or Python
• Knowledge of Networking protocols and standards including Ethernet, UDP, TCP, Multicast, and VLANs
• Experience working with FPGAs & writing/testing RTL modules written in Verilog/System Verilog
• Experience with code optimization & performance profiling 
• At least 5 years of experience in software development, testing, and/or verification 
• Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
• Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing
• Hands-on experience working with automated test tools
• Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
